January 27, 2025. By Aishwarya

Que: Can you tell me what Jitendra EV is showcasing at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025?
Ans: At the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, we are showcasing our entire family, from our very first model, the JMT 1000HS, to our latest model, Yunik. Along with that, we are also showcasing a concept hybrid vehicle Triquad —A product named as Hydrix that combines hydrogen fuel cell technology with an electric vehicle system.
Que: In the rapidly evolving electric vehicle sector, what strategies does Jitendra EV employ to stay competitive in the Indian market?
Ans: As we all know that the Indian market is highly competitive, and we are working hard to stay ahead. We are focusing on quality improvements and product enhancements. Recently, we launched the Yunik model along with the Jenie app. Jenie is an app that provides real-time alerts and information about the vehicle. You can track whether the vehicle is moving or stationary, and even receive alerts if someone is attempting to tow it. This is just one example of how we are differentiating ourselves from competitors.
Que: What are your expectations from this expo?
Ans: This expo is an opportunity for us to showcase our entire lineup to the world. More importantly, we want to demonstrate that we are here for the long term, not just the short term. That is why we are presenting our 2028 model in 2025, to highlight our future vision and commitment to the market.
Que: Can you discuss any ongoing R&D efforts focused on introducing new technologies or improving existing ones in your product lineup?
Ans: We are actively working on hybrid vehicle technology, specifically a hydrogen fuel cell and electric vehicle combination. This is part of our on-going R&D efforts, and we plan to bring this technology to market by 2028.
Que: What do you perceive as the biggest challenge in the Indian EV market right now, and how is Jitendra EV addressing it?
Ans: The biggest challenge in the EV market is meeting customer expectations. Consumers often demand additional features with customized options, but in the EV space, new advancements take time to mature. The market is still evolving, and once it stabilizes, customer expectations will align better with what the industry can offer.
Que: Are there any upcoming products or expansion plans we can expect from Jitendra EV this year?
Ans: We have already launched one new scooter, Yunik, on January 7, 2025. Later this year, we are set to launch another product, a motorcycle called ‘Klasoo’. In terms of expansion, by the end of December, we plan to have over 200 dealer networks across India.
