Que: How do you ensure the timely delivery of quality products to your customers? What challenges do you face and how do you overcome them?

Ans: Redington Solar operates from over 20 warehouses across the country, with almost one WH in each of the solar active states. Our strategic location near clients enables us to reduce delivery time and costs. However, we strive to further reduce delivery time and logistics costs through our newly launched reseller program. The program aims to create smaller WH in closer proximity to our clients, making it easier for end customers to purchase smaller quantities without incurring hefty logistics costs.


Que: Do you face any logistic challenges while sourcing products from the manufacturers? Tell us about your supply chain.

Ans: Redington Solar has tie-ups with international brands such as JA Solar, Trina Solar, and Longi. Last year, the Indian Government's regulations disrupted the replenishment cycles, but with the latest extension given to all international brands by the MNRE, the movement of goods has greatly improved.


Que: Redington Solar joined hands with banks and NBFCs. What kind of financial assistance is it providing to its channel partners and customers?

Ans: Redington Solar facilitates the adoption of solar energy solutions in the market by providing financial support to its channel partners and customers through partnerships with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and banks. Our goal is to benefit our stakeholders in the following ways:

• Commercial customers can avail of loans from the State Bank of India (SBI), Ecofy, CreditFair, SIDBI and UgroSME finance, Redington’s partner banks and NBFCs, to install solar energy systems.
