It's engineered to endure temperatures from -40°C in regions like Kashmir to scorching highs of up to 70°C in places like Rajasthan, ensuring suitability for diverse climates across India Our proprietary software, Euler Shepherd, optimizes performance and predicts maintenance needs. With versatile charging options and a wide network of stations, including DC fast charging, we provide convenience and efficiency unmatched in the industry.
Que: What is your process for Liquid cooling technology and high range? How can you extend the longevity of the vehicle and better residual value?
Ans: Euler Motors stands at the forefront of innovation with our cutting-edge liquid-cooling technology. This advanced system ensures that our vehicles' batteries maintain optimal operating temperatures, even in extreme conditions reaching 45-50o C. Just like outdoor temperatures soar during summer months, conventional battery cells also experience heat build-up. However, our proprietary technology forms a protective barrier, preventing excessive heating within the cells. By facilitating the circulation of cool air exclusively to the cells, our liquid cooling technology effectively regulates temperatures. Moreover, integrated sensors continuously monitor the battery's temperature, activating a coolant circulation mechanism when temperatures exceed predefined thresholds. This way we ensure the longevity and performance of our battery systems.
To further bolster vehicle longevity and residual value, we have meticulously crafted our battery systems. Beginning with exhaustive testing in demanding conditions, we ensure that only the highest quality components are sourced. Tailored for Indian roads and climates, our battery packs incorporate active liquid cooling technology to effectively manage heightened currents during extreme situations. With reserves of 10-15%, our commercial vehicles maintain efficiency and reliability throughout their lifecycle, setting a new standard in durability and performance.

This TCU acts as the cornerstone for a complex system of inference and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, allowing us to collect a vast dataset of over 400 data points at intervals ranging from 1 to 5 seconds. With our Euler Software Stack, ESS-5.0, Euler Motors is primed to revolutionize the efficiency and efficacy of its supply chain operations to unprecedented levels.
Que: Can you discuss Euler Motors' approach to Over-the-Air updates (OTA) and how it benefits both the company and the vehicle owners?
Ans: We leverage Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to continuously refine our vehicles based on invaluable customer feedback, seamlessly meeting their evolving needs. These updates empower us to proactively address maintenance issues, significantly reducing breakdown occurrences and minimizing vehicle downtime. With data-driven insights, we can swiftly identify and resolve potential issues, elevating overall customer satisfaction and driving experience.
Recently, we tackled a common concern regarding vehicle parking duration, extending it from 15 days to an impressive 30 days through software optimizations and advancements in various ECUs including the VVCU, all achieved without the need for physical alterations. This enhancement underscores our commitment to providing practical solutions that enhance the usability and convenience of our vehicles, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our customers.
