Que: What did you showcase at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025?

Ans: Greenway Mobility is an Ahmedabad-based company participating in the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. We showcased our high-speed Three-Wheeler under EVI Mobility brand and High Speed Step Through Motorcycles under the Auron Brand. At EVI, we specialize in three-wheelers, and we have showcased our L5 category vehicle, a high-speed three-wheeler. This vehicle is one of the most advanced three-wheelers available, featuring disc brakes, a multi-speed transmission, and a multi-link rear suspension that enhances both stability and passenger comfort.

Additionally, we offer reclining seats, and our multi-speed transmission technology provides better acceleration and increased range. This allows us to use a smaller battery pack while maintaining the same range, thereby reducing the vehicle's weight. Overall, our technology delivers two key benefits: extended range at a lower price point. As a company, our focus is on making electric vehicles (EVs) as rugged and reliable as internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, which have established reliability over time. We aim to bring that same dependability to EVs, and we have made significant progress in achieving this goal.

Same Multi Speed technology is also used in our Motorcycles, which offer speeds up to 85KMPH. Our vehicles also do not have any electronics up to two feet from ground which gives them exceptional water wading capacity. We aim to offer Stylish, Practical and reliable two wheelers for Families.

Que: Regarding your recent launch of the electric vehicles, what differentiates it from competitors?

Ans: Our vehicle is significantly lighter yet stronger than competitors’ models. The multi-speed transmission allows it to climb steeper gradients, achieve greater range, and accelerate faster. This single technology delivers three major benefits.

Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with disc brakes and reclining seats, offering superior comfort compared to most three-wheelers currently available. Many existing models are outdated ICE vehicle designs adapted for EVs, whereas our vehicle has been developed as a ground-up EV with numerous innovations.

We are also incorporating advanced solutions from our vendor partners, including rapid charging and battery swapping. Our vehicles can be fully charged in just 15 minutes at our partner charging stations, allowing for an additional 120 kilometers of range. Alternatively, battery swapping can be completed in just three minutes, enabling another 50 to 100 kilometers of travel.

Furthermore, we are introducing a five-year warranty and a buyback program, ensuring that customers know the resale value of their vehicles from day one. This initiative enhances financial security for users and facilitates better financing deals for retailers and businesses.

In terms of Features, we have reclining seat for the Driver and car type seats for the passenger. Multi Link Suspension setup that ensures best in class ride and handling and also makes the vehicle significantly more stable. Disc Brake on all wheels ensure reliable and smooth braking experience. We are also offering best in class luggage space comparable to a small car, which will enable it to be better suited for Taxi operations.

Que: Sustainability has become a key priority across industries. What initiatives is Greenway Mobility taking to enhance sustainability in production and manufacturing?

Ans: We have prioritized sustainability from day one. Our plant, located along the Dholera Expressway, is being developed with 15,000 planted trees. We ensure zero wastewater discharge and use 100 percent green energy from our own solar panels, making us net zero even before starting full-scale manufacturing.

All our vehicles are electric, contributing to a greener future. Additionally, our buyback program ensures that batteries undergo proper end-of-life recycling, preventing waste. From the inception of our company, we have been fully committed to environmental sustainability—not just in our products but also in how we manufacture them and restore the environment. Before we acquired our manufacturing site, it had no trees. Now we are planting 15,000 trees, reflecting our strong commitment to sustainability.

Que: How do government policies and incentives impact the Indian EV market?

Ans: Government policies have played a crucial role in mainstreaming EV adoption. Subsidies have helped build a strong ecosystem and improve availability. While the market is still developing, we have reached a point where EVs are approaching price parity with petrol vehicles. The high-cost barrier that previously deterred buyers is gradually diminishing.

A few more years of government support will be beneficial, but eventually, the industry will be self-sustaining. With the increasing adoption of EVs, we anticipate that the sector will soon be able to operate independently without relying heavily on subsidies.

Que: Is Greenway Mobility integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies into its solutions?

Ans: Currently, our primary focus is on ensuring our vehicles are robust and reliable. Since these are commercial vehicles, downtime directly impacts earnings. Therefore, we only incorporate technologies that have been thoroughly tested and proven over five to ten years.

That said, we are actively working on AI and advanced connectivity solutions for our two-wheeler and three-wheeler models. Once we are confident that these technologies are mature enough to withstand diverse and challenging environments, we will integrate them into our vehicles. However, we are not in a rush to adopt unproven technologies. Our vehicles already include essential connectivity features required for day-to-day operations.

Que: Do you have any expansion plans or upcoming product launches this year?

Ans: We have seven new products in the pipeline, which is quite ambitious for a startup. We are introducing three models in the three-wheeler category and four in the two-wheeler category.

For three-wheelers, we have launched one model and will soon introduce another for the business-to-business (B2B) segment. In the two-wheeler category, we have introduced a high-speed motorcycle equipped with premium features. We also plan to launch a city-speed motorcycle with a maximum speed of 50 km/h, designed to be cost-effective and suitable for aggregator platforms. By the end of this year, we expect to have all seven products available in the market. We are excited about these developments and look forward to making a significant impact in the EV industry.
