Ans: EnerMAN was founded in May 2019 by passionate professionals with over a decade of experience in the Solar PV industry, to digitize solar PV assets and automate the management of solar PV asset performance.

EnerMAN's in-house team in Bangalore has developed end-to-end products comprising hardware, firmware, and software based on IoT technologies, including a cloud platform-based web application and mobile apps.

EnerMAN has built a series of innovative products tailored to the needs of Solar PV asset owners, developers, EPC companies, and O&M service providers. Our products have been installed in over 2.3 GW of Solar PV plants across 10 countries, covering 600+ plants, rooftops, projects, and sites for 300+ customers.

Que: How does your ETi-SOL web portal and mobile app help customers improve the performance of their Solar PV assets?

Ans: EnerMAN's IoT SCADA product, ETi-SOL, is a cloud-based web application that supports CMS/RMS capabilities. It monitors and controls the performance of key equipment 24/7, with a sampling frequency of 1 minute, and notifies alerts/alarms for equipment breakdowns within seconds.

This allows engineers and technicians to promptly address breakdowns, reducing generation loss. ETi-SOL also provides analysis on inverter ranking and inverter downtime loss, helping engineers and technicians take corrective actions to improve the performance of low-performing inverters and prevent downtime. ETi-SOL can improve generation by more than 2%.

Que: How does EnerMAN differentiate itself from other SCADA and IoT solution providers in the market?

Ans: EnerMAN provides all required end-to-end products for managing Solar PV assets, including ETi-SOL (cloud platform), ETi-EDGE (plant local SCADA), ETi-LOG (IoT Data Logger), ETi-PPC (Power Plant Controller), ETi-ZES (Zero Export System for rooftops), ETi-LMS (load management and DG Sync), ETi-SLDC (data sharing with SLDC), and ETi-CAST (Energy Forecasting). These products allow users to monitor, control, analyze, report, and manage the performance of Solar PV assets at affordable prices.

EnerMAN provides advanced analytics features such as automatic daily and monthly generation reports, expected vs. actual generation analysis, inverter ranking, loss analysis, and breakdown tracking, all aimed at improving efficiency and increasing energy generation. Additionally, EnerMAN offers professional, quick service to resolve field issues, ensuring quality data collection with zero data loss.

Que: What new products or innovations are you showcasing at the expo?

Ans: Over the past year, EnerMAN has developed many new features and products, such as redundancy features for data loggers and servers with PPC/SCADA for seamless switchover between main and standby systems. This ensures smooth SCADA system operation in case of a plant's local server/system crash or failure. We have also introduced Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) monitoring, and the ability to mail daily and monthly generation reports. Additionally, our PPC/SCADA software can now be installed on either Windows or Ubuntu OS, among other innovations.
