ZES and electrip Partner with Hubject to Boost E-Roaming Solutions

ZES and electrip; joint ventures of Zorlu Enerji and WrenHouse established under Electrip Global Ltd and Hubject, the world's largest charging network provider, have signed a collaboration to enhance e-roaming solutions.

This collaboration aims to bolster e-roaming solutions and streamline the charging experience for EV drivers.

ZES, a charge point operator (CPO) in Turkey, and electrip, a CPO in the European market, joined forces with Hubject to enhance the accessibility and usability of EV charging stations. The partnership was formalized on March 21, 2024 by İ. Sinan Ak, CEO of Electrip Global Ltd., and Christian Hahn, CEO of Hubject, who promised to integrate approximately 4000 ZES stations in Turkey and electrip stations across multiple European countries including Italy, France, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, and Poland into Hubject’s extensive e-mobility service provider network.

He emphasized the commitment of ZES and electrip to making EVs more accessible and sustainable, stating that the collaboration with Hubject aligns with their mission to reduce carbon emissions and foster the expansion of the e-mobility ecosystem.

Hubject CEO Christian Hahn expressed enthusiasm for welcoming ZES and electrip into the intercharge CPO network. He noted the significance of the partnership in strengthening EV infrastructure in the respective countries of operation, ultimately benefiting thousands of EV drivers. By integrating ZES and electrip charging stations into Hubject’s e-roaming network, Hahn emphasized the facilitation of seamless charging experiences, thereby encouraging more drivers to make the switch to electric vehicles.

The strategic partnership between ZES, electrip, and Hubject marks a significant step towards advancing electric mobility infrastructure and promoting sustainable transportation solutions across Europe.
