WoCO Unveils Solar-Powered Workspaces with IGBC Platinum Rating

WoCO (World of Cool Offices) has launched WoCO One, a Grade A sustainable office space integrating solar energy, smart building technologies, and eco-conscious design.

Equipped with a 45 KW solar power system, zero liquid discharge facilities, energy-efficient ventilation, and dedicated EV charging stations, the development has secured the prestigious IGBC Platinum rating, underscoring WoCO’s commitment to sustainable luxury workspaces.

Situated in Gurugram, WoCO One offers leasable office spaces with cutting-edge technology and refined aesthetics. The architecture emphasises natural lighting, high-performance VRVs, and sustainable materials, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and a minimal environmental footprint.

Designed by Design Forum International, Bobby Mukherjee Architects, and Avante Facades, the building’s white terrazzo-clad façade stands as an architectural landmark.
