Pennsylvania-based leading energy provider Westinghouse Electric Company has completed the company’s acquisition of BHI Energy.
This deal brings together two market-leading energy companies to create the nuclear industry’s first fully-integrated outage, maintenance, and modification services business.
With the incorporation of the globally appreciated excellence of BHI’s service quality and customer partnerships, Westinghouse has been able to expand its global capabilities and expertise in nuclear plant maintenance and modification services, industrial services, power delivery, and complementary renewable offerings for solar, wind, and hydropower.
