Waaree Energies Partners with Mahindra Susten to Supply 280 MW of Solar Modules
Scheduled for delivery starting in December 2024, these high-efficiency modules are critical to Mahindra Susten’s renewable energy initiatives.

Waaree Energies Limited has entered into an agreement with Mahindra Susten to supply 280 MW of advanced solar modules for a major project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The contract involves the provision of Waaree Energies Limited’s ELITE Series, N-Type TopCon 580Wp modules, known for their efficiency and performance. Scheduled for delivery starting in December 2024, these high-efficiency modules are critical to Mahindra Susten’s renewable energy initiatives.
Sunil Rathi, Director of Sales at Waaree Energies, expressed pride in the partnership, emphasizing the company's dedication to supporting India's transition to sustainable energy. “This collaboration represents a step forward in advancing India's clean energy transition. By supplying 280 MW of our ELITE Series modules, we demonstrate our commitment to India's sustainable energy mission,” said Rathi. He highlighted the company's vision of promoting eco-friendly energy solutions through strategic partnerships, aiming to redefine the clean energy landscape with innovation and sustainability.
Deepak Thakur, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Susten, shared his enthusiasm for the partnership, noting its alignment with the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' initiative by utilizing Waaree’s 'Made-in-India' products. "This order further strengthens our partnership and propels Mahindra Susten’s efforts to advance multiple IPP renewable energy projects within its development pipeline, contributing to India's energy transition,” he said.
The ELITE Series modules from Waaree Energies, known for their durability and a 30-year performance warranty, are expected to play a key role in enhancing India's renewable energy infrastructure.
