Vertiv and Gulf Data Hub Unveil 16 MW RE Focused Data Centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis

Vertiv and Gulf Data Hub have launched a 16 MW data centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis, emphasising renewable energy and high efficiency with advanced UPS and cooling solutions to enhance sustainability.

US based firm, Vertiv and UAE's Gulf Data Hub (GDH) have announced the successful deployment of a state-of-the-art 16 MW data centre in Dubai Silicon Oasis, enhancing both renewable energy initiatives and data centre efficiency.

As per the firm, this exhibits Vertiv’s commitment to advancing critical digital infrastructure and achieving high energy efficiency. For nearly a decade, Vertiv has supported GDH in realising its project goals with next-generation technologies, contributing to the data centre's robust operational efficiency and enhanced power usage effectiveness (PUE).

The new facility is designed to support biotechnological research and renewable energy generation while adhering to world-class functionality standards.
