Varroc Engineering Ltd., based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, a global tier-1 automotive component group, will showcase its E-Mobility Solutions at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The event is set for January 18-21, 2025, at Yashobhoomi, –India International Convention and Expo Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi.
The Expo aims to bring together innovations and thought leadership to redefine the future of mobility. Varroc will showcase its cutting-edge technologies and solutions under the theme 'Providing Safe, Smart, Sustainable Mobility Solutions.'
The company is set to present a range of innovative products designed to meet the growing needs of the automotive industry, particularly in areas such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), user experience, and connectivity.

The firm will showcase several state-of-the-art solutions. This includes E-Mobility Solutions, which are designed to cater to the growing electric vehicle market, featuring locally developed traction motors, controllers, chargers, and DC-DC converters designed for lightweight efficiency and optimised battery performance. These products are supported by R&D and testing systems, including IoT-enabled systems and vertically integrated electronics manufacturing.
Further, the company’s human machine interface (HMI) solutions will include digital clusters, heads-up displays (HUDs), and telematics hardware and software, all designed to integrate vehicle data with infotainment systems for a seamless user experience.
In the body systems segment, Varroc will display its innovative approach to lightweighting, using polymers to replace large sheet metal parts and introducing advanced injection moulding technologies such as 2K moulding and microcellular polymers to enhance vehicle performance.
For lighting solutions, Varroc will showcase its cost-effective LED lighting solutions, including customisable user interfaces, compact projectors, and high-end modules offering superior functionality. Varroc will also present its internal combustion engine (ICE) powertrain solutions, including fuel injection systems, engine control units, sensors, and components designed to improve performance and fuel efficiency while meeting global emission standards.
Additionally, Varroc will feature its Intelligent Cockpit System, which includes a high-definition touchscreen display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration, a surround view system for enhanced parking assistance, and a driver monitoring system for unparalleled safety.
Varroc’s Smart Mobility platform will provide a cloud-based fleet management system that integrates real-time vehicle data, location tracking, and advanced analytics, while the Driver & Occupant Monitoring Systems will enhance safety through real-time driver behaviour analysis, fatigue detection, and gesture recognition.
The 360 Surround View System will utilise AI-powered vision algorithms to eliminate blind spots and improve situational awareness, significantly enhancing road safety.
As per the firm, in FY24, Varroc generated INR 75,940 million in revenue from continuing operations. The company is also known for its innovation, holding over 100 patents.
