Ultraviolette, a start-up based in Bengaluru has teamed up with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to spearhead the transformation of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure across India.

The alliance, unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Expo, heralds the deployment of electric charging stations at strategic HPCL fuel stations nationwide, initially targeting 12 key states before expanding nationwide.

Going beyond the provision of charging stations along National and State highways, the collaboration is committed to bridging the gap in remote areas, ensuring a comprehensive charging network. This initiative details India's target to embrace cleaner, more sustainable transportation by 2030.

Through their combined efforts, Ultraviolette and HPCL are not only providing convenient charging solutions but are actively laying the groundwork for an interconnected network that will drive the rapid growth of the EV landscape in India.
