Two educational institutions in Karnataka get Solarizer solar water heating systems from Emmvee

The Department of Directorate of Minorities runs these schools for children from minorities to provide free residential education from standards VI to X on a co-education basis. Emmvee has installed a total of 91000 LPD Solarizer at 35 locations across Karnataka. The solar water heating systems are mainly used for their hot water needs in the hostels.

Emmvee also installed Solarizer Plus of 3000 LPD at Vidyashilp Academy located near International Airport Road in Bengaluru for hot water usage in the hostels.

The thermosiphon system consists of a glass enamel coated tank and a high efficiency flat plate collector with selective coating.Emmvee is the only manufacturer of glass enamel coated tanks of sizes varying from 100 to 3000 liters for solar water heating systems in India. The lifetime of a glass enameled tank is simply higher when compared to stainless steel tanks. The additional layer of glass enamel on the steel layer increases the strength of the tank, the resistivity against corrosion and guarantees a highly hygienic water quality for a long time.
