Transrail Lighting Secures Orders Worth INR 2,752 Cr in T&D Segment
Transrail Lighting Ltd. has secured new orders worth INR 2,752 crore, strengthening its position in the transmission and distribution EPC sector with significant growth in order inflows.

Transmission and Distribution EPC company Transrail Lighting Ltd. has announced that the company has secured new orders worth about INR 2,752 crore, primarily from T&D business. The company is also into civil, railways, and poles and lighting, having a footprint across 58 countries.
Commenting on the development, Randeep Narang, MD and CEO, Transrail Lighting said, “We are pleased to announce our order wins of INR 2,752 crore which reaffirms our position as a trusted partner in the T&D industry. Our order book continues to grow, driven by competitiveness including our backward integration.”
He further added, “With these additions, our YTD order inflows have crossed INR 7,400 crore, this is a growth of about 90 percent vis-à-vis last year further strengthening our position in the industry. With a robust order book, manufacturing capacities, proven execution capabilities and promising tender pipeline we have good growth prospects in the coming quarters.”
Transrail Lighting is an Indian EPC Company having focus on Power T&D with integrated manufacturing facilities for lattice structures, conductors and monopoles. “The company has completed more than 200 projects in power transmission and distribution vertical, along with comprehensive and extensive project execution capabilities in terms of manpower, supply of materials, including self-manufactured products,” shared the company.
In Q3, FY’25, the company reported a 62.13 percent Y-o-Y revenue growth led by the T&D segment. The company also received first solar EPC order of ground-mounted solar PV project for 80 MW from international market along with associated substation in Q3 FY’25.
