The Main Trends of Development of the Electric Power Industry of Turkmenistan 2012
The 5th edition of the exhibition and conference will take place from 8th to 10th of september.

The Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan and exhibition company Negus Messe Servıce Gmbh are organizing the 5th international exhibition and conference «The Main Trends of Development of the Electric Power Industry of Turkmenistan 2012» to be held in the new exhibition center of Ashgabat «Sergi Koshgi» on the 8-10th of September 2012. The exhibition will coincide with the Day of the Energy Industry worker of Turkmenistan.
Main sectors of the exhibition:
• Energy equipment for generation, transmission, distribution, consumption of electric, heat energy, compressed air and other energy sources
• Technologies for transfer and distribution of electric and heat energy
• Energy saving and efficiency in electric power industry
• Diagnostic tools for technical condition monitoring
• Power electronics, electronic and electrical units and components
• Alternative and small power engineering
• Lights and lightning technologies
Conference themes:
• International cooperation and investments in power-generating sector of Turkmenistan
• Turkmenistan role in energy supply to the Central Asia and Middle East
• Building and modernization of generating and distribution capacities in Turkmenistan
• Energy saving and efficiency in electric power industry of Turkmenistan
• Adoption and aspects of development of alternative energy in Turkmenistan
Successfully held in September the 4th International Exhibition and Scientific Conference “Basic Trends in Development of Turkmenistan’s Power Industry” gathered over 50 foreign companies from 17 countries worldwide including the United States of America – General Electriс; Russia- Hydromashservice, Global Insulator Group; Kazakhstan - Alageum Elektrik, China – Jiangsu, TBEA, ZTT, Forever; Iran – Golnoor Lighting Group, Sunir; France – Sergi France,SDV; Austria - Omicron, Romania- Romelectro; Belgium – Enex, Honeywell; Germany – Siemens, ThyssenKrup, Asia Caspian VOITH TURBO; |UK–Wood Group; Turkey – Lotus Energy, Alstom , Er-san, Calik Energy, Mitas Energy; Ukrain -ZTR, Elektrotyazhmash and others. Most participants are companies specialized in manufacture and supply of electro technical equipment, as well as technology development for electric power generation, transmission and distribution.
