TGNPDCL Invites Bids for 2 MW Ground-Mounted Solar Plant in Sircilla District, Telangana

Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd. (TGNPDCL) has issued a tender to establish a 2 MW ground-mounted solar plant at CESS Boinpally in the Sircilla District of Telangana on a build, operate, maintain and transfer (BOMT) basis.

Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd. (TGNPDCL) has floated a tender to set up a 2 MW ground-mounted solar plant at CESS Boinpally in the Sircilla District of Telangana.

The scope of work includes supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the solar photo voltaic power plant on a 100 percent turnkey and build, operate, maintain and transfer (BOMT) basis.

The last date for submission of bids is December 12, 2024. Technical bids will be opened on December 13, 2024 and the financial bids will be opened on December 16, 2024.

The projects must be completed within 6 months.

Bidders must pay two percent of the quoted amount as bid security. The participating bidder has to also pay a transaction fee of 0.03 percent on the estimated contract value, up to INR 50 crore.

Bidders need to supply half-cut Mono PERC Cells of high efficiency. The module efficiency should at least be 20.9 percent. They also need to provide a warranty of 12 years on the product.

Bidders must be empanelled vendors of REDCO/ TGNPDCL with the requisite experience of at least a minimum 1 MW Cumulative Capacity in the field of grid-connected Solar PV systems installed at government buildings/subsidy schemes during the last 3 financial years.

The bidders should have an annual turnover of not less than INR 6 crore, in any one financial year during the last 3 previous financial years.
