TGGENCO Issues DPR Tender for 56 MW Solar Projects in Telangana
Telangana Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (TGGENCO) has issued a tender for preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for 56 MW of solar projects, including floating and ground-mounted installations in Telangana. Bid submission closes on March 21, 2025.

The scope of work includes DPR preparation comprising technical specifications and commercial aspects for the establishment of three grid-connected solar projects. It includes a 15 MW floating solar photovoltaic (FSPV) plant on raw water Reservoir at Yadadri Thermal Power Station (YTPS) (5x800MW), a 28 MW ground-mounted solar plant on empty land at KTPP and another 13 MW floating Solar plant on raw water reservoir at KTPP in TGGENCO.
The estimated value of the contract is INR 12.96 lakh.
The bidders need to furnish an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 6,480.
The last date for submission of bids is March 21, 2025 till 3:00 PM. Techno-commercial bids will be opened on March 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM. Financial bids will be opened on March 26, 2025.
Bidders must have experience in providing consultancy services pertaining to feasibility study, and preparing DPRs and should have executed similar jobs for at least one floating solar power plant and one ground-mounted solar plant anywhere in India in the last five financial years.
As for financial eligibility, the bidder must have an annual turnover of not less than INR 3.88 lakh for at least 2 years during the last 3 years.
