Terra Charge Collaborates with SNM Cabs to Establish EV Charging Hub Near Pune Airport

Terra Charge, newly entering the EV charging infrastructure sector in the country, will work in close cooperation with SNM Cabs, a Pune-based company, to create advanced EV charging infrastructure exclusively for SNM's electric cab fleet.

Terra Charge, a prominent EV charging infrastructure company, has partnered with SNM Cabs, an all-electric mobile-based ride-hailing service provider, to develop a dedicated EV charging hub featuring 11 efficient chargers near Pune airport in India.

Terra Charge, newly entering the EV charging infrastructure sector in the country, will work in close cooperation with SNM Cabs, a Pune-based company, to create advanced EV charging infrastructure exclusively for SNM's electric cab fleet.

This dedicated hub is designed to provide seamless access to EV charging, minimise downtime, and enhance operational efficiency for SNM Cabs.

The strategically located charging station ensures uninterrupted operations for SNM's electric fleet, and both companies plan to establish four additional EV charging hubs in prime locations by March 2024.

This collaboration aligns with Terra Charge's goal to install 800 to 1,000 charging points by March 2024, targeting an annual revenue of USD 668,000. The partnership between Terra Charge and SNM Cabs aims to accelerate EV adoption and improve charging infrastructure not only in Pune but also in surrounding areas.

Akihiro Ueda, CEO of Terra Motors Charging Solution Private Limited, expressed optimism about the collaboration, highlighting its potential to promote EV adoption in India.

Sarthak Bansal, Co-founder of SNM Cabs Private Limited, emphasized their commitment to sustainable transportation and expressed gratitude for Terra Charge's support in enhancing the efficiency of their EV fleet while contributing to Pune's EV ecosystem development.
