Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL), a prominent power utility serving a population of 7 million in North Delhi, has earned the prestigious 'Gold Winner Award' in the Power Sector Category.
The award was presented to Tata Power-DDL during the 5th ICC National Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2023 in Kolkata by the Occupational Health and Safety Expert Committee of the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
The accolade was received by Deepak Kumar Chugh, AGM, SHE&DM, and Anshul Rawat, Team Member, SHE&DM, in the presence of dignitaries including Andalib Elias, Deputy High Commissioner, Bangladesh; Barun K Ray, IAS, Addl Chief Secretary, Department of Labour, Government of West Bengal; Moloy Ghatak, Hon'ble Minister-in-Charge, Labour Department, Government of West Bengal; and Dr. Krishna Nirmalya Sen, Chairman, ICC OHS Committee.
Tata Power-DDL's commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards across its operations earned it the 'Gold Winner' title after a rigorous selection process by a distinguished ICC OHS committee comprising industry experts.
