Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Initiates Tender for 20 MW Solar Plant Project

The tender, referenced as TANCEM/MM/L.T.No.08/Installation of 20 MW solar plant/ALGM/2023-24, outlines the engagement of a consultant for the meticulous preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the solar plant project. With an approximate value of INR 10 Lakhs, the project is set to span 30 days.
To demonstrate its commitment to green energy initiatives, TANCEM has stipulated an earnest money deposit (EMD) requirement of INR 10,000 for interested bidders. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 9 at 3:00 PM, providing an opportunity for potential consultants to seek clarification and insights.
The due date for submission of bids is December 19, up to 3:00 PM, with the opening of Part-A scheduled for the same day at 4:00 PM.
This initiative underscores Tamil Nadu's proactive approach towards harnessing solar power for industrial applications, contributing significantly to both energy sustainability and environmental conservation.
