Suzlon Wins 69.3 MW Wind Power Project from Juniper Green Energy in Gujarat

Energy solution provider Suzlon declared that it has procured a second order for 3 MW series turbines from Juniper Green Energy Private Limited of 69.3 MW wind power project.

The project regards to the development of a 69.3 MW wind power project for Juniper Green Energy, a renewable energy independent power producer for which the company will set-up 22 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower of their new product with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each at Gujarat’s Surendra Nagar district.

The project is anticipated to be commenced in the year 2024.

The main intent of this project 3 MW series of wind turbines is to lessen the cost of energy, and contribute to an Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

The Suzlon 3 MW Series has such functions that helps in discovering low wind sites and serve upgraded energy resultantly suitable for all Indian wind regions.

The technology facilitates par excellence performance in low‐wind sites, and a crucially rises generation produce per unit of land.

However, Suzlon had earlier secured a 39-MW wind power project from Thermax Group company First Energy. The order is considerably part of a 100-MW wind-solar hybrid project by First Energy 5 Pvt Ltd.
