Sterling and Wilson Procures Three Rural Electrification Orders Worth INR 1,080 crore
Sterling and Wilson Pvt. Ltd. has procured three new rural electrification orders under the revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector scheme.

Sterling and Wilson Private Limited (SWPL) has declared that it has received three new Rural Electrification orders accounting about INR 1,080 crore.
This is the first order procured by the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. (CSPDCL) in Rajnandgaon district, Chhattisgarh, pursued by other two orders bagged by South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL) in Nalanda (also covering districts in Nawada) and Gaya.
Sterling and Wilson Pvt. Ltd. has procured three new rural electrification orders under the revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector scheme.
The multi-utility projects amounting worth INR 1,080 crore.
The projects mainly targeted at development of distribution infrastructure at electric supply circle, will affect lives of people in the regions, and come with a 30-month time period.
