Somfy Expands North American Operations with New Canadian Office

France-based Somfy, the global leader in motors for interior window coverings and exterior solar protection, has announced the inauguration of its new Canadian office in Mississauga, Ontario.

France-based Somfy, the global leader in motors for interior window coverings and exterior solar protection, has announced the inauguration of its new Canadian office in Mississauga, Ontario.

Mr. Tudor Alexis, the Consul General of France in Toronto, Yilmaz Ozturan, President-CEO of Somfy North America attended the opening, along with the Somfy Canada team and senior management team from Somfy North America.

“Thank you to all for joining us and taking part in this very special Grand Opening day. Our team is eager to welcome partners and guests to our new facility for live trainings, product demonstrations and to better serve you, our valued partners,” said Christian Maltais, Territory Sales Manage for Canada, Somfy North America.

The new office and warehouse, situated close to the international airport in Toronto, represents Somfy's latest investment in the Canadian market for its expanding customer and expert dealer base.

The new warehouse is twice the size of the previous location, helping with stronger inventory management and improvement in the supply chain, delivering an uninterrupted experience for professional partners and dealers.
