Solarium Green Energy has entered into two Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with Citizen Solar and Navitas Solar for procuring solar panels.

As per the MoUs, Citizen Solar will supply a total of 53.70 MW of solar panels during the period from March 2025 to September 2025. Concurrently, Navitas Solar will supply an additional 24.70 MW of solar PV modules by the end of December 2025. Cumulatively, these agreements will ensure the supply of 78.40 MW of solar panels to Solarium Green Energy, the company shared in a regulatory filing.

“These MoUs represent a critical step in ensuring the timely availability of solar panels for the ongoing orders, as well as those for which the Letter of Award (LOA) has been received but execution has not yet commenced,” it said.

The company further added that these MoUs will help to meet the anticipated demand arising from the tenders the company has bid for, for which the results are still awaited, and will also facilitate the execution of a new order book from the residential segment, generated on a regular basis.

“This partnership will enable us to efficiently execute our projects and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality solar energy solutions to our customers within the expected timelines,” it said.
