Solar91 Cleantech Commissions Captive Solar PV Plant worth 3 MW in Rajasthan

Solar91 Cleantech Pvt Ltd has announced that it has successfully completed construction and commissioned the 3 MW captive solar photovoltaic power project under captive mechanism at Modern Insulators Limited, Abu road Rajasthan.

Modern Insulators limited is the leading porcelain insulator manufacturer in India. It is an arm of the Modern group of Industries and was set up in 1985 in collaboration with Siemens, Germany. Modern Insulators is also India’s largest manufacturer and exporter of porcelain insulators and is closely associated with National and Regional Utilities, Indian Railways, OEMs & EPC companies worldwide.

A total of 8340 nos of 355-365 Wp Solar photovoltaic modules were installed with 24 Nos of 125 KVA Delta inverters. The modules which we have used in this plant are supplied by Canadian Solar with half cut Poly Perc Technology which is the latest technology in Indian Solar market said Prateek Agrawal, Co-Founder at Solar91 Cleantech Pvt Ltd.

This project will reduce our electricity Bill by generating the power in our premises without emitting any polluted gases. This project was erected under the supervision of Vijay Modh, Modern insulators.
