SkySpecs Acquires European Wind Energy Firms Fincovi, Vertikal AI

Wind energy technology specialist SkySpecs has acquired two European wind energy companies namely Fincovi and Vertikal AI, aimed to strengthen data insights and automation services to help wind farm owners and operators perform best.

Fincovi has been a specialist in financial asset management, while Vertikal AI has been a pioneer in predictive maintenance for wind energy.

Further, the combined entity would enable wind farm owners to optimally invest in, maintain, and manage their assets for sustainable returns.

The three firms have a serving customer base in 26 countries with offices in Ann Arbor in US, Amsterdam in Netherlands, Dublin in Ireland, Vejle in Denmark, and Hyderabad in India.
