SJVN Green Energy Invites Online Bids for 1960 MWp Solar PV Module Supply

SJVN Green Energy Limited, a subsidiary of SJVN Limited, has issued an online bidding invitation for the production and delivery of Solar PV Modules amounting to a capacity of 1960 MWp for solar power projects across India. 

The projects encompass installations for Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), Punjab Solar Power Policy (Punjab SPP), and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL), collectively amounting to 1960 MWp capacity. The bidding process will adhere to a two-stage procedure: Technical and Commercial Bid, ensuring compliance with the specified terms and conditions outlined in the Tender Document.

Interested bidders are required to procure the bid document by paying a non-refundable fee of INR 5900, with the bid security or earnest money deposit (EMD) to be provided as per the declaration. The bid documents will be available for download until March 4, 2024. Furthermore, a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 21, 2024.

To qualify, bidders must meet the technical eligibility criteria, which include demonstrating the manufacture and supply of Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Modules with a cumulative capacity of 30 MWp or above in the last seven years. Additionally, at least one supply order should be of 10 MWp or above capacity.

The Techno-Commercial bid's submission deadline is March 5, 2024, with the opening slated for the same day. Hard copies of documents must be submitted by March 11, 2024. The currency of the bid will adhere to the Instruction to Bidders (ITB) part of the bid document, and the bid validity period is set for 90 days from the last submission date.

The bidders must submit a pass phrase via email before the bid opening date and time for access to bid documents.
