The recognition highlights Serentica’s landmark achievement of securing its first dollar loan deal worth INR 3,500 crores (USD 425 million) from international and commercial banks to fund its 530 MW Round-The-Clock hybrid renewable energy project in India.

This significant financing deal, facilitated by a consortium of three international banks and three Indian lenders, marks Serentica’s first dollar-denominated loan and establishes a benchmark for cross-border collaboration in the renewable energy sector. Valued at INR 3,500 crores (US$425 million), this deal further strengthens Serentica’s position as a leader in India’s renewable energy transformation.
