Selection of a consultancy organization for on grid connected spv rooftop power plants

MNRE invites proposals under two bid system for selection of a consultancy organization for providing services on grid connected spv rooftop power plants to MNRE.

Invitation is for the consulting firms/organizations, companies to submit detailed proposals indicating, inter alia, their background; experience in renewable energy, specifically solar PV energy, grid connected solar rooftop, including description of similar assignments completed successfully, availability of appropriate professional skills, etc.

The interested parties are required to prepare and submit the proposed plan, which among other things, must include:

1. Proposed methodology to complete the work in a time bound manner,
2. Inputs required to undertake the job, 
3. Minimum number of trained staff which will be full time engaged for this job,
4. Number of supervisory and other technical staff which will be engaged in doing this job and analysis of data;
5. Details of the core technical staff of the agency/organization, which is submitting the offer. 

The period of assignment will be 2 years from the date of awarding the work. Which may be extendable further by one year depending upon requirement of work and performance review.
