SECI Showcases RE Innovations at Aatmanirbhar Bharat Utsav 2024

Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI), a leading player in the renewable energy sector, is actively participating in the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Utsav 2024, organized by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
The event, taking place from January 3 to 10, 2024, is a platform where various ministries, including the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), showcase their contributions towards building a self-reliant India.

The fair features works from multiple ministries, such as Civil Aviation, Electronics & Information Technology, Food Processing Industries, Housing & Urban Affairs, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Railways, Social Justice and Empowerment, Defence, and DPIIT.
The 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat Utsav 2024' was inaugurated by Union Minister for External Affairs, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, and Union Minister for Commerce and Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Textiles, Piyush Goyal, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
SECI, as a key player in the promotion and development of renewable energy resources, is showcasing innovations in solar and wind energy, renewable energy-based storage systems, power trading, and research and development.
The company is actively involved in various schemes of MNRE and holds a Category 1 power trading license. SECI is trading Solar/Wind/Hybrid/RTC/BSES power from projects implemented under its schemes.
The company's display at the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Utsav includes advancements in Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, and renewable energy-powered electric vehicles. This highlights SECI's commitment to driving sustainable and eco-friendly solutions in the renewable energy sector.
