Schneider Electric Appoints Udai Singh as CEO and MD for 3 Years
Singh is having over three decades of experience in various domains such as sales, marketing, projects, contract management, and manufacturing operations.

The Board of Directors at Schneider Electric Infrastructure has named Udai Singh as an additional director, Managing Director (MD), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.
The appointment is set for a consecutive three-year term starting from, pending approval from the company's shareholders, according to a filing on the BSE.
Singh is having over three decades of experience in various domains such as sales, marketing, projects, contract management, and manufacturing operations.
Before taking on his current role as Vice President of Electrical Systems Equipment (ESE) - BU, he held the position of overseeing Sales and after-sales for India, SAARC & Africa, in addition to key account management.
Udai Singh is an alumnus of IIT Varanasi, holding a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He has also participated in leadership programs at Ross Business School and INSEAD.
The Board also noted that Arnab Roy will be resigning his position as a non-executive director of the corporation as of the last day of operation i.e. on September 14, 2023.
