Renewable Power Corp. of Kerala Invites Bids for PMC Services for 100 MW Solar Park in Kasargod
Renewable Power Corporation of Kerala Ltd. has issued a tender to select a project management consultancy provider for a 100 MW solar park with BESS in Cheemeni, Kasaragod, Kerala. Bid submission ends on November 22, 2024.

The project must be completed in 24 months.
Bid submission starts on November 15, 2024 and ends on November 22, 2024. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on November 30, 2024.
Bidders need to pay INR 8850 as a bid document fee and an EMD of INR 5 lakh.
The bidder should have done project management consultancy work of 11/33/220 KV substation, switch yard, SCADA, 220 KV Transmission line, including all allied civil and electrical works such as road, drainage, buildings, fencing, green fencing and belting, water harvesting, EV charging station, lighting etc.
Additionally, they should have prepared RFP for engaging EPC contractors including preparation of all necessary drawings and designs required for tendering purpose. The should also have prepared RFP for selection of Independent Power Producers (IPP) on unit cost of energy basis.
Further, project management consultancy work of ground-mounted solar power projects of at least 15 MWac capacity with or without BESS in single contract is desired but not mandatory.
As for financial eligibility, the bidder should possess an average annual turnover of at least INR 1 crore, in the last three financial years. The bidder should have a positive net worth in the last three financial years.
