Premier Energies Secures 173.35 MWp Solar Module Deal for Barmer Project

Premier Energies has signed a Module Supply Agreement with BN Hybrid Power-1 Private Ltd., a special purpose vehicle of BrightNight India. to deliver 173.35 MWp of Topcon solar modules for a 300 MW renewable energy project in Barmer, Rajasthan. The supply will commence in July 2025.

Premier Energies International Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Premier Energies Ltd., has secured a Module Supply Agreement with BN Hybrid Power-1 Pvt. Ltd. a Special Purpose Vehicle of BrightNight India.

This agreement involves Premier Energies supplying 173.35 MWp of advanced Topcon technology-based solar modules for BrightNight India's 300 MW FDRE (Wind, Solar, and Energy Storage) Power Project, located in Barmer, Rajasthan. The solar modules, featuring cutting-edge N-type bifacial technology, are designed for high efficiency and durability, particularly in challenging environments, enhancing the overall energy output. The delivery of these modules is set to begin in July 2025.

This agreement is a crucial development in BrightNight India’s strategy to create hybrid renewable energy systems by combining solar, wind, and energy storage technologies. The Barmer project is a significant step towards advancing India’s renewable energy goals and addressing the country's growing demand for clean, reliable power. Premier Energies’ participation in this project positions the company as a key player in India's renewable energy landscape, leveraging its technological expertise to support large-scale green energy initiatives.

The supply of 173.35 MWp solar modules for the Barmer project marks a significant commercial and strategic achievement for Premier Energies. The delivery of the modules in 2025  shows the company’s readiness to meet the rising demand for solar technology in both domestic and international markets.
