Paradip Port Authority Invites Bids for 10 MW (AC)/12 MWp Solar PV Power Plant
Paradip Port Authority has issued a tender for a 10 MW (AC)/12 MWp solar PV grid-connected power plant project worth INR 87.63 crore, with a 10-month completion timeline and 10 years of operation and maintenance.

Paradip Port Authority has floated a tender for design, engineering, procurement and supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive operation and maintenance for 10 years of 10 MW (AC)/12 MWp solar photovoltaic grid-connected power plant at Paradip Port Authority.
The estimated value of the tender is INR 87.63 crore. The project must be completed in 10 months.
The last date for submission of bids is November 20, 2024. Techno-commercial bids will be opened on November 21, 2024.
Bidders need to pay INR 16,800 as bid document fee. Further, they need to deposit INR 97.63 lakh as EMD.
To be technically eligible, bidders must have successfully completed similar work(s) within 7 years ending on September 30, 2024. For a single work the value should not be less than INR 70.10 crore. For two and three similar completed works, the value of each work should not be less than INR 43.82 crore and INR 35.05 crore, respectively.
Similar works shall mean EPC execution of solar projects on turnkey basis including design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid-connected solar PV power plant(s). For a single work, capacity should not be less than 8 MW (AC). For two and three such works, capacity of each work should not be less than 6 MW (AC) and 4 MW (AC), respectively.
As for financial eligibility, the bidder must have an average annual turnover of at least INR 26.29 crore during the last three financial years ending on March 31, 2024.
