Oriana Power Receives Order for 52 MW Solar Plant from BPCL
Oriana Power will develop a 52 MW ground-mounted solar plant for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Oriana Power Ltd. has received a new order for a 52 MW solar power plant valued at INR 247.88 Crore under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) segment from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL).
The ground-mounted solar power project will be developed in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. BPCL released an open tender for this in June.
“Oriana Power Ltd. shall develop the project for the respective customer as per the terms of the order under EPC segment including CTU approval, transmission lines and O&M for five years,” intimated the company in a regulatory filing further adding that the order has to be executed within six months.
Oriana Power focuses on providing solar energy solutions for industrial and commercial clients, offering both on-site projects, such as rooftop and ground-mounted systems, and off-site solar plants.
