Oriana Power Procures Solar Project Orders Worth INR 134.6 Crores in Karnataka and Rajasthan

The company officials stated, that it has bagged an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract valuation of INR 100.2 crore from a steel company for the construction of a 29 MW captive open-access solar power plant in Karnataka.

Oriana Power Ltd announces procuring two new orders overall worth of INR 134.6 crore to establish solar capacities in Karnataka and Rajasthan.

The company officials stated, that it has bagged an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract valuation of INR 100.2 crore from a steel company for the construction of a 29 MW captive open-access solar power plant in Karnataka.

The officials' statement further added, “With a projected completion date of five months, the company will oversee the project’s life cycle, including design, engineering, supply, and installation.”

In the last week of August, the second order worth INR 34.4 crore was for establishing a 7 MW DC solar plant in Rajasthan, the RE company said including the project was secured by a cement company.

In April 2023, the company announced the commissioning of the first 1 MWp DC floating solar power project Dabok Mines of Udaipur in Rajasthan.

Oriana Power operates and builds solar projects along with deals in feasible and customised RE solutions to be provided all over India and Kenya.
