Oriana Power Bags Order to Install 20 MW AC Solar PV Project from BCCL in Jharkhand

Oriana Power Ltd. has bagged a contract from Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) to build a state-of-the-art 20MW AC ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Dugdha Washery Area, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

The EPC phase is expected to be completed within 12 months and is valued at ~₹ 138 Crores inclusive of GST and O&M charges.

The company, with its proven track record, will oversee all facets of the project's life cycle, encompassing design, procurement of solar equipment, construction, meticulous testing, seamless commissioning, integration with the transmission network, and a resolute 5-year operation and maintenance commitment.

The project is expected to generate enough clean energy to power over 10,000 homes and offset approximately 26,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.
