OREDA Issues EoI for Rooftop Solar Projects Feasibility Survey in Odisha
Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) has invited expressions of interest (Eol) to empanel consultants for detail survey and preparation of feasibility report for grid-connected rooftop solar power plants to be installed on government buildings in Odisha.

The last date for submission of bids online is February 10, 2025. The technical bids will be opened on February 15, 2025.
The bidders need to pay INR 11,800 (including GST) as an application fee along with another INR 1,180 (including GST) as a bid processing fee.
The successful Bidder must furnish the contract performance bank guarantee at 10 percent of the contract price within 15 days of the issue of LOI. For successful bidders, the performance security must be submitted for an aggregate amount equivalent to 10 percent of work order value.
The bidders have to collect the list of government buildings from OREDA. The bidder must do the physical survey of the selected government buildings to assess the technical feasibility of installation of rooftop solar plant.
The bidder must prepare the feasibility report for each site based on the findings from the physical assessment.
To be technically eligible, the bidder must have completed assignments of survey, and preparation of feasibility reports, DPR evaluation, in grid-connected rooftop solar power plants within the last 5 years. The minimum qualification criteria will be assignments under the bidder’s criteria for 30 percent (in Numbers) of the total number of buildings for the bided DISCOMs in number of buildings. Alternatively, the bidder must possess experience of completing feasibility survey of 20 MW Power plant.
As for financial eligibility, the bidder must have an average minimum annual turnover of INR 1 crore during the last 3 financial years from consulting/advisory business in India.
