ONGC Invites Bids for 2 MW Rooftop Solar Projects in Navi Mumbai

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has invited bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a cumulative of 2.01 MW rooftop solar projects across 35 locations at its URAN plant in Navi Mumbai. Bid submission ends on March 18, 2025.

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. has floated a tender for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2.01 MW rooftop solar power plants to be implemented across 35 locations at the URAN plant of ONGC in Navi Mumbai.

The projects must be completed in 8 months. The bidder must offer comprehensive operation and maintenance for 10 years.

The last date for submission of bids is March 18, 2025. The techno-commercial bids will be opened on March 19, 2025.

Bidders need to furnish INR 27.50 lakh as an earnest money deposit (EMD). Selected bidders need to submit a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) equivalent to 10 percent of the contract value.

Power evacuation for the project will be at 415 V on a low-tension level. The module mounting structures must be optimised for either seasonal or fixed tilt to ensure the guaranteed net energy generation.

Only solar modules from the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) will be permitted for use in the project.
