OMRON expands its presence in Southern India.

Moving ahead with its regional expansion strategy, OMRON Automation, global leader in advanced industrial automation, has kick started the new FY by opening two offices at Hyderabad and Coimbatore respectively. With this addition, OMRON now has four offices in Southern India and eight offices in total across the country.

The move indicates infrastructure expansion to not only cater to the current associates efficiently but also to strengthen newer business pipelines in the manufacturing regions of Telangana, Tamilnadu and Kerala.  

“The establishment of offices is a small indicator of OMRON’s steadily growing presence in Southern India. Situated at central locations in Hyderabad and Coimbatore, the facilities aim to bring convenience and help the team propel the brand penetration in the key focus areas – automotive makers, packaging, textile & pharma machine builders and electrical panel control segment by being closer to the potential customers” says Sameer Gandhi, Managing Director, OMRON Automation, India.

Along with eight offices, currently, OMRON Automation’s network comprises of 5 RE locations, 1 Automation Centre, 2 repair centres, 3 training centres, 1 logistics centre and a workforce of around 190 people spread across the country.
