Omega Seiki Mobility Opens its Third Manufacturing Plant for Electric Vehicles in Faridabad
Omega Seiki Mobility, a Delhi-based manufacturer of electric three-wheelers, has opened its third manufacturing plant for electric vehicles in Faridabad (Haryana).

Omega Seiki Mobility, a Delhi-based manufacturer of electric three-wheelers, has opened its third manufacturing plant for electric vehicles in Faridabad (Haryana). The company has spent Rs 75 crore on the new facility.
With its new plant, the company can produce 15,000 electric three-wheelers per year. It plans to increase that number to 50,000 by 2025, with an additional investment of Rs 150 crore. Industrial Model Township (IMT) in Haryana has a capacity to produce 7,200 and 12,000 units annually.
In its new facility, the EV manufacturer will produce its Rage+ Rapid, Rage+, Rage+ Swap, and Rage+ Frost cargo electric vehicles as well as its passenger vehicle offering Stream.
Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, of Omega Seiki Mobility said, “We have an order book of 50,000 plus cargo electric three-wheelers. We have set up this facility to meet the growing demand of the market. I want to thank the government of Haryana; the government has been extremely supportive. We have invested in all three facilities in Faridabad till now and recently inaugurated a manufacturing facility in Pune for producing electric cargo and passenger vehicles. Also, we are receiving good feedback on our electric passenger vehicle, we will be soon launching another facility in Chennai which will only cater to OSM electric passenger vehicles.”
The company has an operating fleet that covers more than 10 million kilometers per month in 20 cities. In India, the OEM offers a range of electric vehicles for two-, three and four-wheelers.
