Odisha Approves INR 1,713.65 Crore Investment Across Diverse Sectors

These projects span metal downstream and ancillaries, power, pharmaceuticals, plastics, food processing, and tourism, collectively set to reshape Odisha's economic landscape.
The state is poised to witness a surge in steel ancillary ventures, with Neo Industries Metal Processing Pvt Ltd's project in Jajpur, worth INR 72.00 Crores, creating employment opportunities for 50 individuals. Additionally, the stainless steel & ferro alloys sector sees Anand Exports' expansion initiative in Jajpur, with an investment of INR 628.00 Crores, generating employment for 2,828 individuals.
Odisha's tourism sector receives a significant boost with luxury resorts and hotels projects by Mahindra Holidays and Resorts, T S Beach Resorts Private Limited, and Hotel Rashmi Plaza Opc Private Limited, collectively investing over INR 431 Crores and creating employment opportunities for 610 individuals.

These transformative projects, with a cumulative investment of INR 1,713.65 Crores, are projected to create 5,134 employment opportunities, marking a significant step towards bolstering industrial growth and economic prosperity in Odisha.
