NTPC Invites Bids for 400 kWp Rooftop Solar Plant at SVNIRTAR

NTPC Ltd. has invited bids for a 400 kWp rooftop solar project at Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR), under its CSR initiatives. Bid submission ends on December 16, 2024.

NTPC Ltd. has floated a tender for the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of 400 kWp rooftop solar at Swami Vivekanand National Institute of Rehabilitation Training and Research (SVNIRTAR) as part of its CSR activities.

The scope of work includes supply, erection, testing and inspection of equipment and materials at the manufacturer’s works, packing, supply, transportation, transit insurance, delivery to site, unloading, storage and equipment erection including associated civil and structural works, if any.

The project must be completed within 8 months.

Bidders need to pay INR 2,655 as a tender fee and another INR 2 lakh as an earnest money deposit (EMD).

The last date for submission of bids is December 13, 2024. Techno-commercial bids will be opened on December 16, 2024.

Class-I local suppliers only are eligible to participate in this tender.

The bidder must have designed, supplied, erected/supervised erection and commissioned/supervised commissioning of solar photo voltaic (SPV)-based grid-connected power plant of at least one plant of 100 kWp or above and cumulative capacity of 300 kWp or above. The reference plant of 100 kWp or above capacity must have been in successful operation for at least 6 months prior to the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.

The average annual turnover of the bidder, should not be less than INR 185 lakh during the preceding 3 completed financial years as on the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.
