Neyveli Lignite Corporation Issues Tender for 600 MW Solar Project in Gujarat

NLC India Ltd (NLCIL), Neyveli, is inviting bids for the ‘Appointment of an owner’s engineer to develop a 600 MW solar PV project in Gujarat’. It will build this PV project in Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited GSECL Solar Park (Phase-II) at Khavda through its entirely-owned subsidiary NLC India Green Energy Ltd.
The selected owner’s engineer will facilitate consultancy for constructing the 600 MW PV project, including basic engineering, review and approval of design and engineering documents, and technical assistance during the project execution and commissioning.
The last day to submit the tender is August 28, 2023. Bids will be opened on the same day.
The work completion period is 22 months from the award of the contract.
The cost of the tender document is INR 2000 i.e. non-refundable. The bidder is needed to submit a tender guarantee amount of INR 1,67,500 along with the bid in the form and manner as described in the instructions to bidders.
The offers or bids are to be obtained in two parts Part I and Part II. Part I includes a covering letter, Proof of Remittance of the cost of the Tender Document, Bid Guarantee (as per Annexure-A), power of Attorney, Techno-Commercial details, Integrity Pact (as per Annexure-E) and all other details as given in the tender document. Part II includes the price bid completely filled in the Schedule of Prices.
