Neuron Energy has collaborated with an established two-wheeler Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to revolutionise the electric two-wheeler segment in India.
This pioneering collaboration marks the first joint venture of its kind between a battery manufacturer and an OEM, setting a new benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the EV industry.
As part of this transformative initiative, the partnership will establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility exclusively for electric two-wheeler batteries. Neuron Energy will supply cutting-edge lithium-ion battery packs, driving the production capacity of the plant to 3,000 battery packs per month, with an impressive total energy output of 100 megawatt-hours (MWh).
Over the next two years, the partnership aims to boost this capacity to 150 MWh through an investment of INR 150 crore, further strengthening India’s EV ecosystem.
