Navitas Planet and Hysolwin Green Energy Sign MoU for 35 MW Solar Park in Maharashtra

Navitas Planet Pvt. Ltd. and Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish their first joint solar park, a 35 MW facility in Solapur, Maharashtra.
This project is poised to generate approximately 56 million units of clean energy annually.
Vineet Mittal, Co-Founder and Director at Navitas Green Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Sachin Agrawal, CEO of Navitas Planet, and Sachin Rele, CEO of Autonic Energy Systems P. Ltd., represented Navitas Planet during the MoU signing ceremony.
The solar park in Solapur is strategically positioned with secured connectivity, ensuring the seamless generation and distribution of renewable energy. This facility is expected to make a contribution to reducing carbon emissions and promoting a greener future. Moreover, the project will create significant direct and indirect employment opportunities, strengthening the local economy.
Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. emphasized the importance of this partnership, highlighting the collaborative effort to reduce the cost of renewable energy projects and enhance the efficiency of solar parks through advanced tracking technology.
"This collaboration signifies the beginning of a transformative era for the renewable energy sector. By joining forces, we aim to lower the cost of solar park projects and maximize energy yield. Our immediate goal is to commission a 25 MW solar park at a 132 KV voltage level in Solapur within the next five months. Looking ahead, we plan to scale our capacity to 500 MW across Maharashtra by FY2026," stated Hysolwin Green Energy Solutions.
