Ambani expressed Reliance's commitment to establishing India's first world-class carbon fiber facility at Hazira, underlining the company's dedication to cutting-edge advancements.
Ambani stated that Reliance has invested over INR 12 lakh crore in creating world-class assets and capacities across India in the last decade, with more than one-third of this investment directed towards Gujarat alone.
Emphasizing the company's focus on sustainable development, he announced Reliance's commitment to making Gujarat a global leader in green growth and pledged support for Gujarat's target to fulfill half of its energy needs through renewables by 2030.
Reliance has already initiated the construction of the Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex over 5,000 acres in Jamnagar. Set to become operational in the second half of 2024, this complex will not only generate numerous green jobs but also enable the production of environmentally friendly products and materials.
The Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024 witnessed the participation of numerous global leaders, prominent industrialists, and top CEOs. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the event, reiterated his commitment to economic growth, assuring that India is well on its way to becoming one of the top three economies globally.
