In a month-long endeavour to promote cleanliness, efficiency, and streamlined operations, the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) completed its Special Campaign 3.0 from October 2-31. This ambitious initiative, executed in collaboration with the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA), Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI), and three autonomous institutes, namely the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE), and Sardar Swarn Singh National Institute of Bio Energy (SSS-NIBE), achieved impressive results.
The primary objective of Special Campaign 3.0 was to enhance cleanliness and expedite the resolution of pending references. Building on the success of previous campaigns in 2021 and 2022, this year's initiative focused on field and outstation offices that play a crucial role in service delivery and public interaction.
The Ministry's meticulous approach to the campaign involved several key areas of improvement such as cleanliness maintenance, resolution of references, record management and space optimization.
The results of the Special Campaign 3.0 were indeed impressive with 100 percent success in Several Categories including Public Grievances, Public Grievance Appeals, Physical Files Review, E-Files Review and Number of Cleanliness Campaigns. The campaign also achieved 94.73 percent of the target in the ‘Reference from MPs’ category.
These accomplishments under Special Campaign 3.0 not only underscore the Ministry's commitment to cleanliness and efficient operations but also exemplify the successful collaboration between government entities and institutes.
The MNRE's dedication to continual improvement and its focus on the public interface are the driving forces behind these impressive achievements. With such initiatives, the Ministry continues to play a pivotal role in promoting renewable energy and ensuring a cleaner, more efficient future for India.
