Microsol shows interest in Solon's PV business
Microsol International a company headed by Indian entrepreneurs but based in the Fujairah Free zone in UAE since 2003 has notified to the German "Bundeskartellamt"(German Competition Authority) its interest in the PV business of the insolvent German Solon company.

Microsol International a company headed by Indian entrepreneurs but based in the Fujairah Free zone in UAE since 2003 has notified to the German "Bundeskartellamt"(German Competition Authority) its interest in the PV business of the insolvent German Solon company.
Solon had filed for insolvency at mid december 2011 after 15 years of being one of the leading German solar companies. Microsol is a vertically integrated player in the crystalline silicon (cSi) technology space with focus on low cost development. The innovative process of cell manufacturing at Microsol makes its product highly competitive in the market while retaining a low cost advantage.
