L&T Secures its Largest-Ever Offshore Contract Worth Over 15,000 Cr from QatarEnergy LNG

Larsen & Toubro’s Hydrocarbon Business has secured its largest-ever contract from QatarEnergy LNG for the Ultra Mega Offshore North Field Production Sustainability Offshore Compression Project (NFPS COMP 4), valued at over INR 15,000 crore.

QatarEnergy LNG has awarded an Ultra Mega (greater than INR 15,000 crore in value) Offshore Contract for the North Field Production Sustainability Offshore Compression Project (NFPS COMP 4) to Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (L&T) Hydrocarbon Business (L&T Energy Hydrocarbon - LTEH) marking the largest single contract ever received by L&T.

The scope of work encompasses the engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of two offshore compression complexes, each comprising large offshore platforms with compression and power generation facilities, living quarters, flare platforms, interconnected bridges, and other associated structures to be located at approximately 80 kms off the northeast coast of Qatar.

Commenting on the development, S.N.
